Originally set up as gym for people with cancer and chronic conditions, Kaden has evolved to now offer home-based programs and advice online for those living more remotely or unable to attend the centre.
The new Telehealth Exercise programs are designed specifically for those with, or recovering, from cancer or chronic disease. They have been designed by allied health professionals – physiotherapists and exercise physiologists – grounded in medical research.
The affordable and flexible model is perfect for clients at any stage of their conditions.
